Do you charge for a quote or site survey?
No. Quotes and site surveys for new installations and additions are free with no obligation. Service calls carry a stated visit fee, which we tell you on the phone before scheduling.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
No later than 2 business days, usually sooner. If your system is not producing, say so in the message — those get prioritised.
What information should I have ready?
Your last twelve months of power bills if you have them, the approximate age of your roof, and — for service calls — the brand of your inverter and anything your monitoring app is showing.
Do you serve my town?
We cover 36 towns from Pensacola and Gulf Breeze east to Apalachicola, plus inland Crestview, Marianna and the Tallahassee approaches. If your town is not on our list, call anyway and we will tell you straight.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes — commercial, agricultural and multi-building properties, as well as homes.
Is there any obligation after the survey?
None. You get a written quote and the time to think about it. We do not use expiring discounts or pressure tactics.
